Shultz National Foreign Affairs Training Center established under section 701(a) of the Foreign Service Act of 1980 (<ref href=\"/us/usc/t22/s4021/a\">22 U.S.C. 4021(a)</ref>); or</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id02767330-a6d3-11ec-b64c-878817a34b01\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t10/s2002/a/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> a civilian educational institution;</content>\n</paragraph>\n\n<continuation style=\"-uslm-lc:I10\" class=\"indent0 firstIndent0\">to a dependent of a member of the armed forces in anticipation of the member’s assignment to permanent duty outside the United States.</continuation>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"id02767331-a6d3-11ec-b64c-878817a34b01\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t10/s2002/b\"><num value=\"b\">(b)</num><content> In this section, the term “dependent” has the same meaning that it has under <ref href=\"/us/usc/t37/s401\">section 401 of title 37</ref>.</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id02767332-a6d3-11ec-b64c-878817a34b01\">(Added <ref href=\"/us/pl/89/160/s1/1\">Pub.
