<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Officers in the following categories are not subject to this chapter (other than section 640 and, in the case of warrant officers, section 628):</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id25d4572d-c845-11e6-871c-a17c6c1dd8ce" identifier="/us/usc/t10/s641/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><chapeau> Reserve officers—</chapeau><subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id25d4572e-c845-11e6-871c-a17c6c1dd8ce" identifier="/us/usc/t10/s641/1/A"><num value="A">(A)</num><content> on active duty authorized under section 115(a)(1)(B) or 115(b)(1) of this title, or excluded from counting for active duty end strengths under <ref href="/us/usc/t10/s115/i">section 115(i) of this title</ref>;</content>
