Review by the Supreme Court</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="idab6e5a5f-0381-11e7-b712-ff538fc5bb63" identifier="/us/usc/t10/s867a/a"><num value="a">(a)</num><content> Decisions of the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces are subject to review by the Supreme Court by writ of certiorari as provided in <ref href="/us/usc/t28/s1259">section 1259 of title 28</ref>. The Supreme Court may not review by a writ of certiorari under this section any action of the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces in refusing to grant a petition for review.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="idab6e5a60-0381-11e7-b712-ff538fc5bb63" identifier="/us/usc/t10/s867a/b"><num value="b">(b)</num><content> The accused may petition the Supreme Court for a writ of certiorari without prepayment of fees and costs or security therefor and without filing the affidavit required by <ref href="/us/usc/t28/s1915/a">section 1915(a) of title 28</ref>.</content>
