<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id8329b48e-ec38-11e5-a7c9-8f2c075e98f6" identifier="/us/usc/t10/s892"><num value="892">§ 892.</num><heading> Art. 92. Failure to obey order or regulation</heading>
<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Any person subject to this chapter who—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id8329b48f-ec38-11e5-a7c9-8f2c075e98f6" identifier="/us/usc/t10/s892/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> violates or fails to obey any lawful general order or regulation;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id8329b490-ec38-11e5-a7c9-8f2c075e98f6" identifier="/us/usc/t10/s892/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> having knowledge of any other lawful order issued by a member of the armed forces, which it is his duty to obey, fails to obey the order; or</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id8329b491-ec38-11e5-a7c9-8f2c075e98f6" identifier="/us/usc/t10/s892/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> is derelict in the performance of his duties;</content>
</paragraph>

<continuation style="-uslm-lc:I10" class="indent0 firstIndent0">shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.</continuation>
