<p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The National Bank Act [<ref href="/us/usc/t12/s21">12 U.S.C. 21</ref> et seq.], and all other Acts of Congress relating to national banks, shall, insofar as not locally inapplicable after <date date="1956-08-01">August 1, 1956</date>, apply to Guam.</p>
