<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">As used in this title, unless the context requires another meaning or unless it is otherwise provided—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id5d5e4b54-d2f2-11e9-b1d5-83b43bd73404" identifier="/us/usc/t13/s1/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> “Bureau” means the Bureau of the Census;</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id5d5e4b55-d2f2-11e9-b1d5-83b43bd73404" identifier="/us/usc/t13/s1/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> “Secretary” means the Secretary of Commerce; and</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id5d5e7266-d2f2-11e9-b1d5-83b43bd73404" identifier="/us/usc/t13/s1/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> “respondent” includes a corporation, company, association, firm, partnership, proprietorship, society, joint stock company, individual, or other organization or entity which reported information, or on behalf of which information was reported, in response to a questionnaire, inquiry, or other request of the Bureau.</content>
