L. 90–578, title III, § 301(a)(1)</ref>, <ref href=\"/us/stat/82/1115\">82 Stat. 1115</ref>, set out procedure for issuance of search warrants.</p>\n</note>\n<note topic=\"removalDescription\" id=\"idd38e57a7-b211-11e9-bc44-d051d0f40dfd\">\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">Section 1406, <ref href=\"/us/act/1956-07-18/ch629/tII/s201\">act July 18, 1956, ch. 629, title II, § 201</ref>, <ref href=\"/us/stat/70/574\">70 Stat. 574</ref>, provided for authority to grant immunity from prosecution of any witnesses compelled to testify or produce evidence after claiming his privilege against self-incrimination. See section 6001 et seq. of this title. Section was repealed earlier by <ref href=\"/us/pl/91/452/tII/s224/a\">Pub.
