<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id74adcf01-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf" identifier="/us/usc/t18/s1460"><num value="1460">§ 1460.</num><heading> Possession with intent to sell, and sale, of obscene matter on Federal property</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id74adcf02-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf" identifier="/us/usc/t18/s1460/a"><num value="a">(a)</num><chapeau> Whoever, either—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id74adcf03-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf" identifier="/us/usc/t18/s1460/a/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, or on any land or building owned by, leased to, or otherwise used by or under the control of the Government of the United States; or</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id74adcf04-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf" identifier="/us/usc/t18/s1460/a/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> in the Indian country as defined in <ref href="/us/usc/t18/s1151">section 1151 of this title</ref>,</content>

<continuation style="-uslm-lc:I10" class="indent0 firstIndent0">knowingly sells or possesses with intent to sell an obscene visual depiction shall be punished by a fine in accordance with the provisions of this title or imprisoned for not more than 2 years, or both.</continuation>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id74adcf05-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf" identifier="/us/usc/t18/s1460/b"><num value="b">(b)</num><content> For the purposes of this section, the term “visual depiction” includes undeveloped film and videotape but does not include mere words.</content>
