The word “or” probably should not appear.</note></content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id74cf380f-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t18/s1752/a/4\"><num value=\"4\">(4)</num><content> knowingly engages in any act of physical violence against any person or property in any restricted building or grounds; <ref class=\"footnoteRef\" idref=\"fn002125\">2</ref><note type=\"footnote\" id=\"fn002125\"><num>2</num> So in original. Probably should be followed by “or”.</note></content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id74cf3810-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t18/s1752/a/5\"><num value=\"5\">(5)</num><content> knowingly and willfully operates an unmanned aircraft system with the intent to knowingly and willfully direct or otherwise cause such unmanned aircraft system to enter or operate within or above a restricted building or grounds;</content>\n</paragraph>\n\n<continuation style=\"-uslm-lc:I10\" class=\"indent0 firstIndent0\">or attempts or conspires to do so, shall be punished as provided in subsection (b).</continuation>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"id74cf3811-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t18/s1752/b\"><num value=\"b\">(b)</num><chapeau> The punishment for a violation of subsection (a) is—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id74cf3812-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t18/s1752/b/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><chapeau> a fine under this title or imprisonment for not more than 10 years, or both, if—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id74cf3813-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t18/s1752/b/1/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> the person, during and in relation to the offense, uses or carries a deadly or dangerous weapon or firearm; or</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id74cf3814-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t18/s1752/b/1/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> the offense results in significant bodily injury as defined by section 2118(e)(3); and</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id74cf3815-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t18/s1752/b/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> a fine under this title or imprisonment for not more than one year, or both, in any other case.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"id74cf3816-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t18/s1752/c\"><num value=\"c\">(c)</num><chapeau> In this section—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id74cf3817-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t18/s1752/c/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><chapeau> the term “restricted buildings or grounds” means any posted, cordoned off, or otherwise restricted area—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id74cf3818-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t18/s1752/c/1/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> of the White House or its grounds, or the Vice President’s official residence or its grounds;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id74cf3819-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t18/s1752/c/1/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> of a building or grounds where the President or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting; or</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id74cf381a-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t18/s1752/c/1/C\"><num value=\"C\">(C)</num><content> of a building or grounds so restricted in conjunction with an event designated as a special event of national significance; and</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id74cf381b-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t18/s1752/c/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> the term “other person protected by the Secret Service” means any person whom the United States Secret Service is authorized to protect under <ref href=\"/us/usc/t18/s3056\">section 3056 of this title</ref> or by Presidential memorandum, when such person has not declined such protection.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id74cf381c-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf\">(Added <ref href=\"/us/pl/91/644/tV/s18\">Pub.
