The Director shall be required to include in the Director’s annual report to the Judicial Conference under <ref href=\"/us/usc/t28/s604\">section 604 of title 28</ref> a report on the administration and operation of the pretrial services for the previous year.</p>\n</content><sourceCredit id=\"id753a7dd0-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf\">(Added <ref href=\"/us/pl/93/619/tII/s201\">Pub. L. 113–235</ref>, in first sentence, struck out “and the Director” after “chief judge of the district court” and inserted at end “and shall ensure that case file, statistical, and other information concerning the work of pretrial services is provided to the Director”.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">1982—<ref href=\"/us/pl/97/267\">Pub.
