Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, offenses listed in section 3295 are subject to the statute of limitations set forth in that section.</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"id891895f3-406b-11eb-bdd6-bba135477909\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t18/s3286/b\"><num value=\"b\">(b)</num><heading> <inline class=\"small-caps\">No Limitation</inline>.—</heading><content>Notwithstanding any other law, an indictment may be found or an information instituted at any time without limitation for any offense listed in section 2332b(g)(5)(B), if the commission of such offense resulted in, or created a forseeable <ref class=\"footnoteRef\" idref=\"fn002232\">1</ref><note type=\"footnote\" id=\"fn002232\"><num>1</num> So in original.
