<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id7541a970-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf" identifier="/us/usc/t18/s3293"><num value="3293">§ 3293.</num><heading> Financial institution offenses</heading>
<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">No person shall be prosecuted, tried, or punished for a violation of, or a conspiracy to violate—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id7541a971-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf" identifier="/us/usc/t18/s3293/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> section 215, 656, 657, 1005, 1006, 1007, 1014, 1033, or 1344;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id7541a972-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf" identifier="/us/usc/t18/s3293/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> section 1341 or 1343, if the offense affects a financial institution; or</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id7541a973-3b28-11eb-ad8c-9fba61cd9daf" identifier="/us/usc/t18/s3293/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> section 1963, to the extent that the racketeering activity involves a violation of section 1344;</content>

<continuation style="-uslm-lc:I10" class="indent0 firstIndent0">unless the indictment is returned or the information is filed within 10 years after the commission of the offense.</continuation>
