<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id3cdffdf2-a3d3-11e9-ab70-a2e6b089c5a7" identifier="/us/usc/t19/s2575"><num value="2575">§ 2575.</num><heading> General</heading>
<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Nothing in this subpart may be construed—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id3cdffdf3-a3d3-11e9-ab70-a2e6b089c5a7" identifier="/us/usc/t19/s2575/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> to prohibit a Federal agency or State agency from engaging in activity related to sanitary or phytosanitary measures to protect human, animal, or plant life or health; or</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id3cdffdf4-a3d3-11e9-ab70-a2e6b089c5a7" identifier="/us/usc/t19/s2575/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> to limit the authority of a Federal agency or State agency to determine the level of protection of human, animal, or plant life or health the agency considers appropriate.</content>
