The President shall submit a copy of each final instrument to the Congress on the date it becomes available.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id971a1eb3-8841-11e3-999a-8f76b71382ce\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t19/s3003/c\"><num value=\"c\" class=\"bold\">(c)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Unspecified private remedies not created</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">Neither the entry into force with respect to the United States of the Convention nor the enactment of this chapter may be construed as creating any private right of action or remedy for which provision is not explicitly made under this chapter or under other laws of the United States.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id971a1eb4-8841-11e3-999a-8f76b71382ce\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t19/s3003/d\"><num value=\"d\" class=\"bold\">(d)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Termination</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">The provisions of <ref href=\"/us/usc/t19/s2135/a\">section 2135(a) of this title</ref> do not apply to the Convention.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id971a1eb5-8841-11e3-999a-8f76b71382ce\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/100/418/s1203\">Pub.
