Stennis Center for Public Service Training and Development established under <ref href=\"/us/usc/t2/s1103/a\">section 1103(a) of this title</ref>.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id5d578b8f-ec38-11e5-89e9-afe61b29b17d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t2/s1102/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> The term “Board” means the Board of Trustees of the John C.
