<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id1841ef79-425e-11e3-8d4d-f11243cf9240" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s121f"><num value="121f">§ 121f.</num><heading> Senate Staff Health and Fitness Facility Revolving Fund</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id1841ef7a-425e-11e3-8d4d-f11243cf9240" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s121f/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> Establishment</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">There is established in the Treasury of the United States a revolving fund to be known as the Senate Staff Health and Fitness Facility Revolving Fund (“the revolving fund”).</p>

</subsection>
<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id1841ef7b-425e-11e3-8d4d-f11243cf9240" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s121f/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Deposit of receipts</heading><chapeau>The Architect of the Capitol shall deposit in the revolving fund—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id1841ef7c-425e-11e3-8d4d-f11243cf9240" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s121f/b/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> any amounts received as dues or other assessments for use of the Senate Staff Health and Fitness Facility, and</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id1841ef7d-425e-11e3-8d4d-f11243cf9240" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s121f/b/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> any amounts received from the operation of the Senate waste recycling program.</content>

</subsection>
<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id1841ef7e-425e-11e3-8d4d-f11243cf9240" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s121f/c"><num value="c" class="bold">(c)</num><heading class="bold"> Availability of funds</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Subject to the approval of the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, amounts in the revolving fund shall be available to the Architect of the Capitol, without fiscal year limitation, for payment of costs of the Senate Staff Health and Fitness Facility.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id1841ef7f-425e-11e3-8d4d-f11243cf9240" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s121f/d"><num value="d" class="bold">(d)</num><heading class="bold"> Withdrawal of excess amounts</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Architect of the Capitol shall withdraw from the revolving fund and deposit in the Treasury of the United States as miscellaneous receipts all moneys in the revolving fund that the Architect determines are in excess of the current and reasonably foreseeable needs of the Senate Staff Health and Fitness Facility.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id1841ef80-425e-11e3-8d4d-f11243cf9240" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s121f/e"><num value="e" class="bold">(e)</num><heading class="bold"> Regulations</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Committee on Rules and Administration of the Senate shall promulgate regulations pertaining to the operation and use of the Senate Staff Health and Fitness Facility.</p>
