<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id052303a7-8e02-11e9-924e-8bbe14d5249c" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1725/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Service on Foundation</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Two sitting members of the Board shall be appointed by the Librarian and shall serve as members of the board of directors of the National Recording Preservation Foundation, in accordance with <ref href="/us/usc/t36/s152403">section 152403 of title 36</ref>.</p>
