<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id1b8dd553-3271-11e3-b17d-c93c66c6eb41" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s175"><num value="175">§ 175.</num><heading> Administrative provisions</heading>
<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Librarian of Congress, in carrying out the Center’s functions, is authorized to—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id1b8dd554-3271-11e3-b17d-c93c66c6eb41" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s175/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> prescribe such regulations as he deems necessary;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id1b8dd555-3271-11e3-b17d-c93c66c6eb41" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s175/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> receive money and other property donated, bequeathed, or devised for the purposes of the Center, and to use, sell, or otherwise dispose of such property for the purposes of carrying out the Center’s functions, without reference to Federal disposal statutes; and</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id1b8dd556-3271-11e3-b17d-c93c66c6eb41" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s175/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> accept and utilize the services of voluntary and noncompensated personnel and reimburse them for travel expenses, including per diem, as authorized by <ref href="/us/usc/t5/s5703">section 5703 of title 5</ref>.</content>
