Members of the Capitol Police Board shall attend a joint hearing under this section, as requested and under such rules or procedures as may be adopted by the Committees.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"idc8844a44-6745-11ec-85af-e30bc0c6c2e3\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t2/s1901b/b\"><num value=\"b\" class=\"bold\">(b)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Timing</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">The Committees may conduct oversight hearings under this section as determined appropriate by the Committees, but shall conduct not less than one oversight hearing under this section during each Congress.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"idc8844a45-6745-11ec-85af-e30bc0c6c2e3\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/117/77/s3\">Pub.
