L. 109–55, title I, § 1005, Aug. 2, 2005, 119 Stat. 575.)","seq_in_title":1091,"parent_identifier":"/us/usc/t2/ch29/schI/ptA","ancestors":[{"identifier":"/us/usc/t2","level":"title","num":"Title 2—","heading":"THE CONGRESS","status":null,"is_section":false},{"identifier":"/us/usc/t2/ch29","level":"chapter","num":"CHAPTER 29—","heading":"CAPITOL POLICE","status":null,"is_section":false},{"identifier":"/us/usc/t2/ch29/schI","level":"subchapter","num":"SUBCHAPTER I—","heading":"ORGANIZATION AND ADMINISTRATION","status":null,"is_section":false},{"identifier":"/us/usc/t2/ch29/schI/ptA","level":"part","num":"Part A—","heading":"General","status":null,"is_section":false}],"xml":"<section xmlns=\"http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0\" xmlns:xsi=\"http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance\" xmlns:dc=\"http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/\" xmlns:dcterms=\"http://purl.org/dc/terms/\" style=\"-uslm-lc:I80\" id=\"id5d6f58a9-ec38-11e5-89e9-afe61b29b17d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t2/s1910\"><num value=\"1910\">§ 1910.</num><heading> Report of disbursements</heading><subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id5d6f58aa-ec38-11e5-89e9-afe61b29b17d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t2/s1910/a\"><num value=\"a\" class=\"bold\">(a)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> In general</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">Not later than 60 days after the last day of each semiannual period, the Chief of the Capitol Police shall submit to Congress, with respect to that period, a detailed, itemized report of the disbursements for the operations of the United States Capitol Police.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id5d6f58ab-ec38-11e5-89e9-afe61b29b17d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t2/s1910/b\"><num value=\"b\" class=\"bold\">(b)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Contents</heading><chapeau>The report required by subsection (a) shall include—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id5d6f58ac-ec38-11e5-89e9-afe61b29b17d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t2/s1910/b/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> the name of each person or entity who receives a payment from the Capitol Police and the amount thereof;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id5d6f58ad-ec38-11e5-89e9-afe61b29b17d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t2/s1910/b/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> a description of any service rendered to the Capitol Police, together with service dates;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id5d6f58ae-ec38-11e5-89e9-afe61b29b17d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t2/s1910/b/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> a statement of all amounts appropriated to, or received or expended by, the Capitol Police and any unexpended balances of such amounts for any open fiscal year; and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id5d6f58af-ec38-11e5-89e9-afe61b29b17d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t2/s1910/b/4\"><num value=\"4\">(4)</num><content> such additional information as may be required by regulation of the Committee on House Administration of the House of Representatives or the Committee on Rules and Administration of the Senate.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id5d6f58b0-ec38-11e5-89e9-afe61b29b17d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t2/s1910/c\"><num value=\"c\" class=\"bold\">(c)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Printing</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">Each report under this section shall be printed as a House document.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id5d6f58b1-ec38-11e5-89e9-afe61b29b17d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t2/s1910/d\"><num value=\"d\" class=\"bold\">(d)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Effective date</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">This section shall apply with respect to the semiannual periods of October 1 through March 31 and April 1 through September 30 of each year, beginning with the semiannual period in which this section is enacted.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id5d6f58b2-ec38-11e5-89e9-afe61b29b17d\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/109/55/tI\">Pub.
