<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" id="id706e6d33-f639-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910"><num value="1910">§ 1910.</num><heading> Report of disbursements</heading><subsection class="indent0" id="id706e6d34-f639-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/a"><num value="a">(a)</num><heading> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Not later than 60 days after the last day of each semiannual period, the Chief of the Capitol Police shall submit to Congress, with respect to that period, a detailed, itemized report of the disbursements for the operations of the United States Capitol Police.</p>

<subsection class="indent0" id="id706e6d35-f639-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/b"><num value="b">(b)</num><heading> Contents</heading>
<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="blockIndent0">The report required by subsection (a) of this section shall include—</chapeau><paragraph class="indent1" id="id706e9446-f639-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/b/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> the name of each person or entity who receives a payment from the Capitol Police and the amount thereof;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph class="indent1" id="id706e9447-f639-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/b/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> a description of any service rendered to the Capitol Police, together with service dates;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph class="indent1" id="id706e9448-f639-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/b/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> a statement of all amounts appropriated to, or received or expended by, the Capitol Police and any unexpended balances of such amounts for any open fiscal year; and</content>

<paragraph class="indent1" id="id706e9449-f639-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/b/4"><num value="4">(4)</num><content> such additional information as may be required by regulation of the Committee on House Administration of the House of Representatives or the Committee on Rules and Administration of the Senate.</content>

<subsection class="indent0" id="id706ebb5a-f639-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/c"><num value="c">(c)</num><heading> Printing</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Each report under this section shall be printed as a House document.</p>

<subsection class="indent0" id="id706ebb5b-f639-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/d"><num value="d">(d)</num><heading> Effective date</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">This section shall apply with respect to the semiannual periods of October 1 through March 31 and April 1 through September 30 of each year, beginning with the semiannual period in which this section is enacted.</p>
