<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id052c78ce-8e02-11e9-924e-8bbe14d5249c" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910"><num value="1910">§ 1910.</num><heading> Report of disbursements</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id052c78cf-8e02-11e9-924e-8bbe14d5249c" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Not later than 60 days after the last day of each semiannual period, the Chief of the Capitol Police shall submit to Congress, with respect to that period, a detailed, itemized report of the disbursements for the operations of the United States Capitol Police.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id052c78d0-8e02-11e9-924e-8bbe14d5249c" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Contents</heading><chapeau>The report required by subsection (a) shall include—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id052c78d1-8e02-11e9-924e-8bbe14d5249c" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/b/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> the name of each person or entity who receives a payment from the Capitol Police and the amount thereof;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id052c78d2-8e02-11e9-924e-8bbe14d5249c" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/b/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> a description of any service rendered to the Capitol Police, together with service dates;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id052c78d3-8e02-11e9-924e-8bbe14d5249c" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/b/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> a statement of all amounts appropriated to, or received or expended by, the Capitol Police and any unexpended balances of such amounts for any open fiscal year; and</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id052c78d4-8e02-11e9-924e-8bbe14d5249c" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/b/4"><num value="4">(4)</num><content> such additional information as may be required by regulation of the Committee on House Administration of the House of Representatives or the Committee on Rules and Administration of the Senate.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id052c78d5-8e02-11e9-924e-8bbe14d5249c" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/c"><num value="c" class="bold">(c)</num><heading class="bold"> Printing</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Each report under this section shall be printed as a House document.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id052c78d6-8e02-11e9-924e-8bbe14d5249c" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s1910/d"><num value="d" class="bold">(d)</num><heading class="bold"> Effective date</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">This section shall apply with respect to the semiannual periods of October 1 through March 31 and April 1 through September 30 of each year, beginning with the semiannual period in which this section is enacted.</p>
