<p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">At any time on or after <date date="2001-11-12">November 12, 2001</date>, the United States Capitol Police may accept contributions of meals and refreshments in support of activities of the United States Capitol Police during a period of emergency (as determined by the Capitol Police Board).</p>
