<p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Representatives having rooms assigned to them in the foregoing manner may exchange rooms one with another, but such exchange shall be valid only so long as both Members making the exchange shall remain continuously Members or Members-elect of the House of Representatives.</p>
