<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="idb06420a8-8e14-11e5-90f3-cb79dac9cdd8" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s28c"><num value="28c">§ 28c.</num><heading> Distribution of Precedents by Director of the Government Publishing Office</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idb06420a9-8e14-11e5-90f3-cb79dac9cdd8" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s28c/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> Delivery to Members of Ninety-fifth Congress; marking of volumes</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Director of the Government Publishing Office shall deliver one set of the Precedents to each Senator or Representative in, or Delegate or Resident Commissioner to, the Ninety-fifth Congress. The name of the Member to whom the set is delivered shall be legibly stamped on the front cover of each volume of the set.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idb06420aa-8e14-11e5-90f3-cb79dac9cdd8" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s28c/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Members of Congress following Ninety-fifth Congress not already having sets of Precedents; necessity of written request to Superintendent of Documents for set</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Each Senator or Representative in, or Delegate or Resident Commissioner to, each Congress following the Ninety-fifth Congress who has not theretofore received a set of the Precedents shall be entitled to receive one set of the Precedents, upon transmitting a written request for such set to the Superintendent of Documents.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idb06420ab-8e14-11e5-90f3-cb79dac9cdd8" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s28c/c"><num value="c" class="bold">(c)</num><heading class="bold"> Additional distribution of sets</heading><chapeau>The Director of the Government Publishing Office shall make the following distribution of sets of the Precedents:</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idb06420ac-8e14-11e5-90f3-cb79dac9cdd8" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s28c/c/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> to the office of the Vice President, to the office of the speaker of the House of Representatives, and to the office of the President pro tempore of the Senate, each, five sets;</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idb06420ad-8e14-11e5-90f3-cb79dac9cdd8" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s28c/c/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> to the office of the majority leader of the House of Representatives and to the office of the minority leader of the House of Representatives, each, three sets;</content>
