<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id5d9caaa2-ec38-11e5-89e9-afe61b29b17d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s5344"><num value="5344">§ 5344.</num><heading> Payments and reimbursements for certain House staff expenses</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id5d9caaa3-ec38-11e5-89e9-afe61b29b17d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s5344/a"><num value="a">(a)</num><content> Payments and reimbursements to staff persons under <ref href="/us/usc/t2/s5343">section 5343 of this title</ref> shall be made as provided (with respect to staff) in the regulations prescribed by the Committee on House Oversight with respect to travel and other expenses of staff. Reimbursements shall be paid on special voucher forms prescribed by the Committee on House Oversight.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id5d9caaa4-ec38-11e5-89e9-afe61b29b17d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s5344/b"><num value="b">(b)</num><content> Additional funds, if any, for staff allowances and office space for use by Members-elect (other than an incumbent Member reelected to the ensuing Congress) shall be authorized by the Committee on House Oversight.</content>
