<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id18364f83-a3d3-11e9-973a-9c709b2fe26d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s5545"><num value="5545">§ 5545.</num><heading> House Services Revolving Fund</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id18364f84-a3d3-11e9-973a-9c709b2fe26d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s5545/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> Establishment of House Services Revolving Fund</heading><chapeau>There is hereby established in the Treasury of the United States a revolving fund for the House of Representatives to be known as the “House Services Revolving Fund” (hereafter in this section referred to as the “Revolving Fund”), consisting of funds deposited by the Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives from all amounts received by the House of Representatives with respect to the following activities:</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id18364f85-a3d3-11e9-973a-9c709b2fe26d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s5545/a/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> The operation of the House Barber Shop.</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id18364f86-a3d3-11e9-973a-9c709b2fe26d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s5545/a/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> The operation of the House Beauty Shop.</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id18364f87-a3d3-11e9-973a-9c709b2fe26d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s5545/a/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> The operation of the House Restaurant System (including vending operations).</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id18364f88-a3d3-11e9-973a-9c709b2fe26d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s5545/a/4"><num value="4">(4)</num><content> The provision of mail services to entities which are not part of the House of Representatives.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id18364f8e-a3d3-11e9-973a-9c709b2fe26d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s5545/d"><num value="d" class="bold">(d)</num><heading class="bold"> Termination and transfer of existing funds and accounts</heading><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="id18364f8f-a3d3-11e9-973a-9c709b2fe26d" identifier="/us/usc/t2/s5545/d/1"><num value="1" class="bold">(1)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1">Each fund and account specified in paragraph (2) is hereby terminated, and the balance of each such fund and account is hereby transferred to the Revolving Fund.</p>
