L. 102–399</ref> substituted “1991,” for “1991, and” and inserted “, and $1,120,000 for the fiscal year ending <date date=\"1993-09-30\">September 30, 1993</date>” after “<date date=\"1992-09-30\">September 30, 1992</date>”.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">1989—<ref href=\"/us/pl/101/99\">Pub. L. 101–99</ref> inserted provisions authorizing appropriations for fiscal years ending <date date=\"1990-09-30\">Sept. 30, 1990</date>, <date date=\"1991-09-30\">Sept. 30, 1991</date>, and <date date=\"1992-09-30\">Sept. 30, 1992</date>, of $998,000, $1,050,100, and $1,120,000, respectively. Direction to strike out “and” after “1988” was executed by striking “and” after “1988,” to reflect the probable intent of Congress.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">1986—<ref href=\"/us/pl/99/473\">Pub. L. 99–473</ref> struck out subsec. designation “(a)” before “There are authorized” and “and” after “1985,”, inserted “, $867,900 for the fiscal year ending <date date=\"1987-09-30\">September 30, 1987</date>, $919,974 for the fiscal year ending <date date=\"1988-09-30\">September 30, 1988</date>, and $975,172 for the fiscal year ending <date date=\"1989-09-30\">September 30, 1989</date>”, and struck out subsec. (b) which provided that no amount authorized by subsec. L. 98–392</ref> designated existing provisions as subsec. (a), in subsec. (a), as so designated, inserted provisions authorizing appropriations for fiscal years ending <date date=\"1985-09-30\">Sept. 30, 1985</date>, and <date date=\"1986-09-30\">Sept. 30, 1986</date>, of $838,549 and $867,898, respectively, and added subsec. (b).</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">1980—<ref href=\"/us/pl/96/522\">Pub. L. 96–522</ref> inserted provisions authorizing appropriations for fiscal years ending <date date=\"1982-09-30\">Sept. 30, 1982</date>, <date date=\"1983-09-30\">Sept. 30, 1983</date>, and <date date=\"1984-09-30\">Sept. 30, 1984</date>, of $740,000, $890,000, and $990,000, respectively.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">1978—<ref href=\"/us/pl/95/259\">Pub.
