§ 2144. Authorization of appropriations There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter—(1) $250,000 for fiscal year 2001; and (2) such sums as may be necessary for each succeeding fiscal year. (Pub. L. 106–380, § 5, Oct. 27, 2000, 114 Stat. 1449.)
