<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id82b19aa0-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b" identifier="/us/usc/t20/s2308"><num value="2308">§ 2308.</num><heading> Interdepartmental Task Force on Vocational Education and Related Programs</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id82b19aa1-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b" identifier="/us/usc/t20/s2308/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> Establishment</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">There is established the Interdepartmental Task Force on Vocational Education and Related Programs (in this section referred to as the “Task Force”).</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id82b19aa2-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b" identifier="/us/usc/t20/s2308/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Membership</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Task Force shall consist of the Secretary of Education, the Secretary of Labor, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and such other personnel of the Department of Education, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Health and Human Services as the Secretaries consider appropriate.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id82b19aa3-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b" identifier="/us/usc/t20/s2308/c"><num value="c" class="bold">(c)</num><heading class="bold"> Duties</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Task Force shall—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id82b19aa4-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b" identifier="/us/usc/t20/s2308/c/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> examine principal data required for programs under the Adult Education Act, the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Applied Technology Education Act, the Job Training Partnership Act, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 [<ref href="/us/usc/t29/s701">29 U.S.C. 701</ref> et seq.], and the Wagner-Peyser Act [<ref href="/us/usc/t29/s49">29 U.S.C. 49</ref> et seq.];</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id82b19aa5-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b" identifier="/us/usc/t20/s2308/c/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> examine possible common objectives, definitions, measures, and standards for such programs; and</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id82b19aa6-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b" identifier="/us/usc/t20/s2308/c/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> consider integration of research and development conducted with Federal assistance in the area of vocational education and related areas, including areas of emerging technologies.</content>
