L. 101–454, § 5, Oct. 24, 1990, 104 Stat. 1064.)","seq_in_title":1391,"parent_identifier":"/us/usc/t20/ch63","ancestors":[{"identifier":"/us/usc/t20","level":"title","num":"Title 20—","heading":"EDUCATION","status":null,"is_section":false},{"identifier":"/us/usc/t20/ch63","level":"chapter","num":"CHAPTER 63—","heading":"EISENHOWER EXCHANGE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM","status":null,"is_section":false}],"xml":"<section xmlns=\"http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0\" xmlns:xsi=\"http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance\" xmlns:dc=\"http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/\" xmlns:dcterms=\"http://purl.org/dc/terms/\" style=\"-uslm-lc:I80\" id=\"id1a353f36-3bf5-11e3-9cf7-d9dfc415792d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s5204\"><num value=\"5204\">§ 5204.</num><heading> Authorization of appropriations</heading>\n<chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">To provide a permanent endowment for the Eisenhower Exchange Fellowship Program, there are authorized to be appropriated to the Eisenhower Exchange Fellowships Program Trust Fund—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id1a353f37-3bf5-11e3-9cf7-d9dfc415792d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s5204/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> $5,000,000; and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id1a353f38-3bf5-11e3-9cf7-d9dfc415792d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s5204/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><chapeau> the lesser of—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1a353f39-3bf5-11e3-9cf7-d9dfc415792d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s5204/2/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> $2,500,000, or</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1a353f3a-3bf5-11e3-9cf7-d9dfc415792d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s5204/2/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> an amount equal to contributions to Eisenhower Exchange Fellowships, Incorporated, from private sector sources during the 4-year period beginning on <date date=\"1990-10-24\">October 24, 1990</date>.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id1a353f3b-3bf5-11e3-9cf7-d9dfc415792d\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/101/454/s5\">Pub.
