UDALL FOUNDATION","status":null,"is_section":false}],"xml":"<section xmlns=\"http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0\" xmlns:xsi=\"http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance\" xmlns:dc=\"http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/\" xmlns:dcterms=\"http://purl.org/dc/terms/\" style=\"-uslm-lc:I80\" id=\"id82e6190f-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s5609\"><num value=\"5609\">§ 5609.</num><heading> Authorization of appropriations</heading><subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id82e61910-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s5609/a\"><num value=\"a\" class=\"bold\">(a)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Trust Fund</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">There is authorized to be appropriated to the Trust Fund $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2023 to carry out the provisions of this chapter.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id82e61911-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s5609/b\"><num value=\"b\" class=\"bold\">(b)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Environmental Dispute Resolution Fund</heading><chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">There is authorized to be appropriated to the Environmental Dispute Resolution Fund established by <ref href=\"/us/usc/t20/s5607a\">section 5607a of this title</ref> $4,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2023, of which—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id82e61912-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s5609/b/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> $3,000,000 shall be used to pay operations costs (including not more than $1,000 for official reception and representation expenses); and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id82e61913-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s5609/b/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> $1,000,000 shall be used for grants or other appropriate arrangements to pay the costs of services provided in a neutral manner relating to, and to support the participation of non-Federal entities (such as State and local governments, tribal governments, nongovernmental organizations, and individuals) in, environmental conflict resolution proceedings involving Federal agencies.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id82e61914-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s5609/c\"><num value=\"c\" class=\"bold\">(c)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Training of professionals in health care and public policy</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out <ref href=\"/us/usc/t20/s5604/7\">section 5604(7) of this title</ref> $12,300,000 for the 5-fiscal year period beginning with the fiscal year in which this subsection is enacted.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id82e61915-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/102/259/s13\">Pub.
