and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id82f6e012-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6302/a/4\"><num value=\"4\">(4)</num><content> $16,182,344,591 for fiscal year 2020.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id82f6e013-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6302/b\"><num value=\"b\" class=\"bold\">(b)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> State assessments</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the activities described in part B, $378,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2020.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id82f6e014-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6302/c\"><num value=\"c\" class=\"bold\">(c)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Education of migratory children</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the activities described in part C, $374,751,000 for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2020.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id82f6e015-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6302/d\"><num value=\"d\" class=\"bold\">(d)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Prevention and intervention programs for children and youth who are neglected, delinquent, or at-risk</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the activities described in part D, $47,614,000 for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2020.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id82f6e016-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6302/e\"><num value=\"e\" class=\"bold\">(e)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Federal activities</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">For the purpose of carrying out evaluation activities related to subchapter I under <ref href=\"/us/usc/t20/s7981\">section 7981 of this title</ref>, there are authorized to be appropriated $710,000 for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2020.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id82f6e017-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6302/f\"><num value=\"f\" class=\"bold\">(f)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Sense of Congress regarding adjustments to authorizations of appropriations provided in this chapter for future budget agreements</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">It is the sense of Congress that if legislation is enacted that revises the limits on discretionary spending established under <ref href=\"/us/usc/t2/s901/c\">section 901(c) of title 2</ref>, the levels of appropriations authorized throughout this chapter should be adjusted in a manner that is consistent with the adjustments in nonsecurity category funding provided for under the revised limits on discretionary spending.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id82f6e018-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/89/10/tI/s1002\">Pub.
