L. 114–95, title I, § 1201, Dec. 10, 2015, 129 Stat. 1881.)","seq_in_title":1520,"parent_identifier":"/us/usc/t20/ch70/schI/ptB","ancestors":[{"identifier":"/us/usc/t20","level":"title","num":"Title 20—","heading":"EDUCATION","status":null,"is_section":false},{"identifier":"/us/usc/t20/ch70","level":"chapter","num":"CHAPTER 70—","heading":"STRENGTHENING AND IMPROVEMENT OF ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS","status":null,"is_section":false},{"identifier":"/us/usc/t20/ch70/schI","level":"subchapter","num":"SUBCHAPTER I—","heading":"IMPROVING THE ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT OF THE DISADVANTAGED","status":null,"is_section":false},{"identifier":"/us/usc/t20/ch70/schI/ptB","level":"part","num":"Part B—","heading":"State Assessment Grants","status":null,"is_section":false}],"xml":"<section xmlns=\"http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0\" xmlns:xsi=\"http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance\" xmlns:dc=\"http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/\" xmlns:dcterms=\"http://purl.org/dc/terms/\" style=\"-uslm-lc:I80\" id=\"id831a957a-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362\"><num value=\"6362\">§ 6362.</num><heading> State option to conduct assessment system audit</heading><subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a957b-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/a\"><num value=\"a\" class=\"bold\">(a)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> In general</heading><chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">From the amount reserved under <ref href=\"/us/usc/t20/s6363/a/3\">section 6363(a)(3) of this title</ref> for a fiscal year, the Secretary shall make grants to States to enable the States to—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id831a957c-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/a/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><chapeau> in the case of a grant awarded under this section to a State for the first time—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a957d-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/a/1/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> audit State assessment systems and ensure that local educational agencies audit local assessments under subsection (e)(1);</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a957e-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/a/1/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> execute the State plan under subsection (e)(3)(D); and</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a957f-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/a/1/C\"><num value=\"C\">(C)</num><content> award subgrants under subsection (f); and</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id831a9580-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/a/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><chapeau> in the case of a grant awarded under this section to a State that has previously received a grant under this section—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a9581-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/a/2/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> execute the State plan under subsection (e)(3)(D); and</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a9582-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/a/2/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> award subgrants under subsection (f).</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a9583-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/b\"><num value=\"b\" class=\"bold\">(b)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Minimum amount</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">Each State that receives a grant under this section shall receive an annual grant amount of not less than $1,500,000.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a9584-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/c\"><num value=\"c\" class=\"bold\">(c)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Reallocation</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">If a State chooses not to apply for a grant under this section, the Secretary shall reallocate such grant amount to other States in accordance with the formula described in <ref href=\"/us/usc/t20/s6363/a/4/B\">section 6363(a)(4)(B) of this title</ref>.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a9585-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/d\"><num value=\"d\" class=\"bold\">(d)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Application</heading><chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">A State desiring to receive a grant under this section shall submit an application to the Secretary at such time and in such manner as the Secretary shall require. The application shall include a description of—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id831a9586-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/d/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><chapeau> in the case of a State that is receiving a grant under this section for the first time—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a9587-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/d/1/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> the audit the State will carry out under subsection (e)(1); and</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a9588-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/d/1/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> the stakeholder feedback the State will seek in designing such audit;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id831a9589-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/d/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> in the case of a State that is not receiving a grant under this section for the first time, the plan described in subsection (e)(3)(D); and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id831a958a-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/d/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> how the State will award subgrants to local educational agencies under subsection (f).</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a958b-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e\"><num value=\"e\" class=\"bold\">(e)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Audits of State assessment systems and local assessments</heading><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I79\" class=\"indent3 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a958c-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/1\"><num value=\"1\" class=\"bold\">(1)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Audit requirements</heading><chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\">Not later than 1 year after the date a State receives an initial grant under this section, the State shall—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a958d-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/1/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> conduct a State assessment system audit as described in paragraph (3);</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a958e-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/1/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><chapeau> ensure that each local educational agency receiving funds under this section—</chapeau><clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I14\" class=\"indent3\" id=\"id831a958f-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/1/B/i\"><num value=\"i\">(i)</num><content> conducts an audit of local assessments administered by the local educational agency as described in paragraph (4); and</content>\n</clause>\n<clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I14\" class=\"indent3\" id=\"id831a9590-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/1/B/ii\"><num value=\"ii\">(ii)</num><content> submits the results of such audit to the State; and</content>\n</clause>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a9591-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/1/C\"><num value=\"C\">(C)</num><content> report the results of each State and local educational agency audit conducted under subparagraphs (A) and (B), in a format that is widely accessible and publicly available.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I79\" class=\"indent3 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a9592-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/2\"><num value=\"2\" class=\"bold\">(2)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Resources for local educational agencies</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\">In carrying out paragraph (1)(B), each State shall provide local educational agencies with resources, such as guidelines and protocols, to assist in conducting and reporting audit results.</p>\n</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I79\" class=\"indent3 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a9593-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3\"><num value=\"3\" class=\"bold\">(3)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> State assessment system description</heading><chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\">Each State assessment system audit conducted under paragraph (1)(A) shall include—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a9594-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> the schedule for the administration of all State assessments;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a9595-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><chapeau> for each State assessment—</chapeau><clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I14\" class=\"indent3\" id=\"id831a9596-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/B/i\"><num value=\"i\">(i)</num><content> the purpose for which the assessment was designed and the purpose for which the assessment is used; and</content>\n</clause>\n<clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I14\" class=\"indent3\" id=\"id831a9597-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/B/ii\"><num value=\"ii\">(ii)</num><content> the legal authority for the administration of the assessment;</content>\n</clause>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a9598-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/C\"><num value=\"C\">(C)</num><chapeau> feedback on such system from stakeholders, which shall include information such as—</chapeau><clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I14\" class=\"indent3\" id=\"id831a9599-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/C/i\"><num value=\"i\">(i)</num><content> how teachers, principals, other school leaders, and administrators use assessment data to improve and differentiate instruction;</content>\n</clause>\n<clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I14\" class=\"indent3\" id=\"id831a959a-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/C/ii\"><num value=\"ii\">(ii)</num><content> the timing of release of assessment data;</content>\n</clause>\n<clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I14\" class=\"indent3\" id=\"id831a959b-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/C/iii\"><num value=\"iii\">(iii)</num><content> the extent to which assessment data is presented in an accessible and understandable format for all stakeholders;</content>\n</clause>\n<clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I14\" class=\"indent3\" id=\"id831a959c-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/C/iv\"><num value=\"iv\">(iv)</num><content> the opportunities, resources, and training teachers, principals, other school leaders, and administrators are given to review assessment results and make effective use of assessment data;</content>\n</clause>\n<clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I14\" class=\"indent3\" id=\"id831a959d-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/C/v\"><num value=\"v\">(v)</num><content> the distribution of technological resources and personnel necessary to administer assessments;</content>\n</clause>\n<clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I14\" class=\"indent3\" id=\"id831a959e-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/C/vi\"><num value=\"vi\">(vi)</num><content> the amount of time teachers spend on assessment preparation and administration;</content>\n</clause>\n<clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I14\" class=\"indent3\" id=\"id831a959f-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/C/vii\"><num value=\"vii\">(vii)</num><content> the assessments that administrators, teachers, principals, other school leaders, parents, and students, if appropriate, do and do not find useful; and</content>\n</clause>\n<clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I14\" class=\"indent3\" id=\"id831a95a0-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/C/viii\"><num value=\"viii\">(viii)</num><content> other information as appropriate; and</content>\n</clause>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a95a1-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/D\"><num value=\"D\">(D)</num><chapeau> a plan, based on the information gathered as a result of the activities described in subparagraphs (A), (B), and (C), to improve and streamline the State assessment system, including activities such as—</chapeau><clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I14\" class=\"indent3\" id=\"id831a95a2-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/D/i\"><num value=\"i\">(i)</num><content> eliminating any unnecessary assessments, which may include paying the cost associated with terminating procurement contracts;</content>\n</clause>\n<clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I14\" class=\"indent3\" id=\"id831a95a3-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/D/ii\"><num value=\"ii\">(ii)</num><content> supporting the dissemination of best practices from local educational agencies or other States that have successfully improved assessment quality and efficiency to improve teaching and learning; and</content>\n</clause>\n<clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I14\" class=\"indent3\" id=\"id831a95a4-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/3/D/iii\"><num value=\"iii\">(iii)</num><content> supporting local educational agencies or consortia of local educational agencies to carry out efforts to streamline local assessment systems and implement a regular process of review and evaluation of assessment use in local educational agencies.</content>\n</clause>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I79\" class=\"indent3 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a95a5-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/e/4\"><num value=\"4\" class=\"bold\">(4)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Local assessment description</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\">An audit of local assessments conducted in accordance with paragraph (1)(B)(i) shall include the same information described in paragraph (3) that is required of a State audit, except that such information shall be included as applicable to the local educational agency and the local assessments.</p>\n</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a95a6-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/f\"><num value=\"f\" class=\"bold\">(f)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Subgrants to local educational agencies</heading><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I79\" class=\"indent3 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a95a7-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/f/1\"><num value=\"1\" class=\"bold\">(1)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> In general</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\">Each State shall reserve not less than 20 percent of the grant funds awarded to the State under this section to make subgrants to local educational agencies in the State or consortia of such local educational agencies, based on demonstrated need in the agency’s or consortium’s application, to enable such agencies or consortia to improve assessment quality and use, and alignment, including, if applicable, alignment to the challenging State academic standards.</p>\n</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I79\" class=\"indent3 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a95a8-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/f/2\"><num value=\"2\" class=\"bold\">(2)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Local educational agency application</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\">Each local educational agency, or consortium of local educational agencies, seeking a subgrant under this subsection shall submit an application to the State at such time, in such manner, and containing such other information as determined necessary by the State. The application shall include a description of the agency’s or consortium’s needs relating to the improvement of assessment quality, use, and alignment.</p>\n</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I79\" class=\"indent3 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a95a9-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/f/3\"><num value=\"3\" class=\"bold\">(3)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Use of funds</heading><chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\">A subgrant awarded under this subsection to a local educational agency or consortium of such agencies may be used to—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a95aa-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/f/3/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> conduct an audit of local assessments under subsection (e)(1)(B)(i);</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a95ab-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/f/3/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> carry out the plan described in subsection (e)(3)(D) as it pertains to such agency or consortium;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a95ac-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/f/3/C\"><num value=\"C\">(C)</num><content> improve assessment delivery systems and schedules, including by increasing access to technology and assessment proctors, where appropriate;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a95ad-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/f/3/D\"><num value=\"D\">(D)</num><content> hire instructional coaches, or promote teachers who may receive increased compensation to serve as instructional coaches, to support teachers in the development of classroom-based assessments, interpreting assessment data, and designing instruction;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a95ae-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/f/3/E\"><num value=\"E\">(E)</num><content> provide for appropriate accommodations to maximize inclusion of children with disabilities and English learners participating in assessments; and</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id831a95af-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/f/3/F\"><num value=\"F\">(F)</num><content> improve the capacity of teachers, principals, and other school leaders to disseminate assessment data in an accessible and understandable format for parents and families, including for children with disabilities and English learners.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a95b0-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/g\"><num value=\"g\" class=\"bold\">(g)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Definitions</heading><chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">In this section:</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I79\" class=\"indent3 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a95b1-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/g/1\"><num value=\"1\" class=\"bold\">(1)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Local assessment</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\">The term “local assessment” means an academic assessment selected and carried out by a local educational agency that is separate from an assessment required under <ref href=\"/us/usc/t20/s6311/b/2\">section 6311(b)(2) of this title</ref>.</p>\n</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I79\" class=\"indent3 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id831a95b2-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s6362/g/2\"><num value=\"2\" class=\"bold\">(2)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> State</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\">The term “State” means each of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.</p>\n</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id831a95b3-3b28-11eb-8459-b1d1037aec5b\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/89/10/tI/s1202\">Pub.
