<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id6ccca48a-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb" identifier="/us/usc/t20/s6572"><num value="6572">§ 6572.</num><heading> Agreements and records</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id6ccca48b-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb" identifier="/us/usc/t20/s6572/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> Agreements</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">In any case in which a negotiated rulemaking process is established under <ref href="/us/usc/t20/s6571/b">section 6571(b) of this title</ref>, all published proposed regulations shall conform to agreements that result from the rulemaking described in <ref href="/us/usc/t20/s6571">section 6571 of this title</ref> unless the Secretary reopens the negotiated rulemaking process.</p>
