§ 7251. Authorization of appropriations; reservations(a) Authorization of appropriationsThere are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part—(1) $200,741,000 for each of fiscal years 2017 and 2018; and\n\n(2) $220,741,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 and 2020.\n\n\n(b) ReservationsFrom the amounts appropriated under subsection (a) for a fiscal year, the Secretary shall—(1) reserve $5,000,000 to carry out activities authorized under subpart 3; and\n\n(2) from the amounts remaining after the reservation under paragraph (1)—(A) carry out activities authorized under subpart 1 using—(i) 36 percent of such remainder for each of fiscal years 2017 and 2018; and\n\n(ii) 42 percent of such remainder for each of fiscal years 2019 and 2020;\n\n\n(B) carry out activities authorized under subpart 2 using—(i) 36 percent of such remainder for each of fiscal years 2017 and 2018; and\n\n(ii) 32 percent of such remainder for each of fiscal years 2019 and 2020; and\n\n\n(C) to carry out activities authorized under subpart 4— 11 So in original.
