<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">It is the purpose of this subpart to support the efforts of local educational agencies, Indian tribes and organizations, and other entities in developing elementary school and secondary school programs for Indian students that are designed to—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id6ce498d5-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb" identifier="/us/usc/t20/s7421/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> meet the unique cultural, language, and educational needs of such students; and</content>
