The Board may employ such other officers and employees as may be necessary for the efficient administration, operation, and maintenance of the Gallery.</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"id1763f63a-3bf5-11e3-9cf7-d9dfc415792d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s75f/b\"><num value=\"b\">(b)</num><content> The Board may delegate to the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution, as well as to the Commission, any of its functions pursuant to subsection (a) of this section.</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id1763f63b-3bf5-11e3-9cf7-d9dfc415792d\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/87/443/s7\">Pub.
