See Historical and Revision Notes under <ref href=\"/us/usc/t40/s303/b\">section 303(b) of Title 40</ref>, Public Buildings, Property, and Works. <ref href=\"/us/usc/t40/s303/b\">Section 303(b) of Title 40</ref> was amended generally by <ref href=\"/us/pl/109/313/s2/a/1\">Pub. L. 109–313, § 2(a)(1)</ref>, <date date=\"2006-10-06\">Oct. 6, 2006</date>, <ref href=\"/us/stat/120/1734\">120 Stat. 1734</ref>, and, as so amended, no longer relates to the Federal Works Agency and Commissioner of Public Buildings. See 2006 Amendment note under <ref href=\"/us/usc/t40/s303\">section 303 of Title 40</ref>.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">Public Buildings Branch of Procurement Division in Treasury Department and Public Works Administration and other agencies were consolidated into Federal Works Agency, and functions transferred to Federal Works Administrator, by Reorg.
