Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id98ef2d7e-8841-11e3-9b88-c50b0c3e6b0b" identifier="/us/usc/t20/s76m/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Report</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Not later than 60 days before beginning construction of the photovoltaic system pursuant to subsection (a), the Board shall submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate a report on the feasibility and design of the project.</p>
