This section shall not be construed to bar private, religious, or home schools from participation in programs or services under this chapter.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"ida56c6e11-6f68-11ea-8a73-a7f3240e353e\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s7886/d\"><num value=\"d\" class=\"bold\">(d)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Rule of construction on State and local educational agency mandates</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require any State educational agency or local educational agency that receives funds under this chapter to mandate, direct, or control the curriculum of a private or home school, regardless or <ref class=\"footnoteRef\" idref=\"fn002217\">1</ref><note type=\"footnote\" id=\"fn002217\"><num>1</num> So in original.
