<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id6babf21e-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb" identifier="/us/usc/t20/s907"><num value="907">§ 907.</num><heading> Applicability of other laws</heading>
<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">In the case of any teacher who—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id6babf21f-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb" identifier="/us/usc/t20/s907/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> is performing services as a teacher at the close of a school year,</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id6babf220-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb" identifier="/us/usc/t20/s907/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> agrees in writing to serve as a teacher for the next school year, and</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id6babf221-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb" identifier="/us/usc/t20/s907/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> is employed in another position in the recess period immediately preceding such next school year, or, during such recess period, receives quarters, allowances, or additional compensation referred to in sections 905 and 906 of this title, or both, as the case may be,</content>
</paragraph>

<continuation style="-uslm-lc:I10" class="indent0 firstIndent0"><ref href="/us/usc/t5/s5533">section 5533 of title 5</ref> shall not apply to such teacher by reason of any such employment during a recess period or any such receipt of quarters, allowances, or additional compensation, or both, as the case may be.</continuation>
