Such term includes museums that have tangible and digital collections and includes aquariums, arboretums, botanical gardens, art museums, children’s museums, general museums, historic houses and sites, history museums, nature centers, natural history and anthropology museums, planetariums, science and technology centers, specialized museums, and zoological parks.</p>\n</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I79\" class=\"indent3 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id6d0455ba-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s9172/2\"><num value=\"2\" class=\"bold\">(2)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> State</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\">The term “State” means each of the 50 States of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of Palau.</p>\n</content>\n</paragraph>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id6d047ccb-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/94/462/tII/s273\">Pub.
