Such regulations shall—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id6bae14a0-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s931/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> prescribe the educational goals and objectives of the defense dependents’ education system,</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id6bae14a1-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s931/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> establish standards for the development of curricula for the system and for the selection of instructional materials,</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id6bae14a2-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s931/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> prescribe professional standards for professional personnel employed in the system,</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id6bae14a3-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s931/4\"><num value=\"4\">(4)</num><content> provide for arrangements between the Director and commanders of military installations for necessary logistic support for schools of the system located on military installations,</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id6bae14a4-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s931/5\"><num value=\"5\">(5)</num><content> provide for a recertification program for professional personnel employed in the system, and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id6bae14a5-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s931/6\"><num value=\"6\">(6)</num><content> provide for such other matters as may be necessary to ensure the efficient organization and operation of the defense dependents’ education system.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id6bae14a6-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/95/561/tXIV/s1413\">Pub.
