The Director shall ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the following methods:</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id6d0d3042-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s9575/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> Establishing and improving feedback mechanisms in order to anticipate customer needs.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id6d0d3043-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s9575/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> Disseminating information in a timely fashion and in formats that are easily accessible and usable by researchers, practitioners, and the general public.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id6d0d5754-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s9575/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> Utilizing the most modern technology and other methods available, including arrangements to use data collected electronically by States and local educational agencies, to ensure the efficient collection and timely distribution of information, including data and reports.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id6d0d5755-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s9575/4\"><num value=\"4\">(4)</num><content> Establishing and measuring performance against a set of indicators for the quality of data collected, analyzed, and reported.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id6d0d5756-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s9575/5\"><num value=\"5\">(5)</num><content> Continuously improving management strategies and practices.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id6d0d5757-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t20/s9575/6\"><num value=\"6\">(6)</num><content> Making information available to the public in an expeditious fashion.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id6d0d5758-d2f2-11e9-aa7d-f436298d01bb\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/107/279/tI/s185\">Pub.
