This requirement on the use of appropriated funds for this program shall not be implemented in a manner that would adversely affect any other animal or plant disease or pest eradication or control program.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id7c6a5452-81bc-11eb-b838-b6993269d559\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s114i/d\"><num value=\"d\" class=\"bold\">(d)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Authorization of appropriations</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">There are authorized to be appropriated for each of the fiscal years 1991 through 2007 such sums as may be necessary for the purpose of carrying out the program established under subsection (b).</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id7c6a5453-81bc-11eb-b838-b6993269d559\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/101/624/tXXV/s2506\">Pub.
