<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id41d07d29-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s1534"><num value="1534">§ 1534.</num><heading> Technical assistance and training</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id41d07d2a-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s1534/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="id41d07d2b-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s1534/a/1"><num value="1" class="bold">(1)</num><heading class="bold"> Technical assistance and agreements</heading><chapeau>With respect to any grant recipient or other organization, the Administrator may—</chapeau><subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id41d07d2c-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s1534/a/1/A"><num value="A">(A)</num><content> offer technical assistance and training; and</content>
</subparagraph>
<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id41d07d2d-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s1534/a/1/B"><num value="B">(B)</num><content> enter into contracts and cooperative agreements.</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="id41d07d2e-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s1534/a/2"><num value="2" class="bold">(2)</num><heading class="bold"> Coordination of programs</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1">The Administrator may facilitate the coordination of programs between a grant recipient and other organizations and entities.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id41d07d2f-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s1534/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Training</heading><chapeau>The Administrator may provide training to any representative designated by a grant recipient in—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id41d07d30-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s1534/b/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> coalition building;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id41d07d31-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s1534/b/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> task force development;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id41d07d32-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s1534/b/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> mediation and facilitation, direct service, assessment and evaluation; or</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id41d07d33-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s1534/b/4"><num value="4">(4)</num><content> any other activity related to the purposes of the Program.</content>
