L. 91–513</ref>, set out as an Effective Date note under <ref href="/us/usc/t21/s951">section 951 of this title</ref>.</p>

L. 91–513</ref> not to be affected or abated by reason thereof, see <ref href="/us/pl/91/513/s1103">section 1103 of Pub.
