§ 2014. Authorization of appropriations There are authorized to be appropriated—(1) for fiscal year 2007—(A) $500,000 to establish the NMIC and Council; and (B) such sums as are necessary for the operation of the NMIC and Council; and (2) for each of fiscal years 2008 and 2009, such sums as are necessary for the operation of the NMIC and Council.
