L. 110–85, title X, § 1003, Sept. 27, 2007, 121 Stat. 963.)","seq_in_title":706,"parent_identifier":"/us/usc/t21/ch26","ancestors":[{"identifier":"/us/usc/t21","level":"title","num":"Title 21—","heading":"FOOD AND DRUGS","status":null,"is_section":false},{"identifier":"/us/usc/t21/ch26","level":"chapter","num":"CHAPTER 26—","heading":"FOOD SAFETY","status":null,"is_section":false}],"xml":"<section xmlns=\"http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0\" xmlns:xsi=\"http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance\" xmlns:dc=\"http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/\" xmlns:dcterms=\"http://purl.org/dc/terms/\" style=\"-uslm-lc:I80\" id=\"id41dead65-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2103\"><num value=\"2103\">§ 2103.</num><heading> Ensuring efficient and effective communications during a recall</heading>\n<chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">The Secretary shall, during an ongoing recall of human or pet food regulated by the Secretary—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id41dead66-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2103/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> work with companies, relevant professional associations, and other organizations to collect and aggregate information pertaining to the recall;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id41dead67-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2103/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> use existing networks of communication, including electronic forms of information dissemination, to enhance the quality and speed of communication with the public; and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id41dead68-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2103/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> post information regarding recalled human and pet foods on the Internet Web site of the Food and Drug Administration in a single location, which shall include a searchable database of recalled human foods and a searchable database of recalled pet foods, that is easily accessed and understood by the public.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id41dead69-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/110/85/tX/s1003\">Pub.
